NYA @ Night Returns to WCS’s New York Aquarium  

for “Boardwalk Brews”

Brooklyn, N.Y.  – July 20, 2016 – NYA @ Night: Boardwalk Brews returns to WCS’s (Wildlife Conservation Society) New York Aquarium for two nights on Friday, July 29  from 7:30 to 11 p.m. 

NYA @ Night: Boardwalk Brews is a beer tasting and specialty food event with a focus on local breweries and beloved Brooklyn--based food trucks. Both nights will give beer enthusiasts an opportunity to try beers from local breweries including Coney Island Brewery, Oyster Bay Brewing Co., Fire Island Beer Co., and many others.  Delicacies from food truck vendors such as Coney Shack, will be available for purchase.  And, of course, no aquarium event would be complete without its resident party animals.  

Attendees will enjoy activities including a live DJ, photo booth, and visiting with some of the aquarium’s amazing animals, including sea otters, sea lions, tropical fish, and more.  VIP ticket holders get early 7:30 pm entry and exclusive access to a special Aquatheater show. 

Net proceeds will support WCS’s mission of saving wildlife and wild places around the globe.

Includes access to the DJ, complimentary photo booth, and samplings of food available for purchase from food trucks. 

On-site parking begins at 6 p.m. Parking per car is $10 for members/$20 for non-members. Only guests ages 21 and over will be permitted to NYA @ Night: Boardwalk Brews.

Wildlife Conservation Society's New York Aquarium is open every day of the year. Summer hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Fall/winter/spring hours are 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., daily. Tickets are $11.95 per person (ages 3 & up), and include Aquarium admission plus one admission to the new 4-D Theater; children age 2 and under are admitted free.
