Bronx, NY – Dec. 4, 2020 ––  The Wildlife Conservation Society’s (WCS) zoos and aquarium – the Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo, Queens Zoo and NY Aquarium –are continuing the holiday tradition of an annual toy drive, now in its 11th year, even through the pandemic.

This year’s toy drive will look a little different but it will ensure families will receive toys during the holidays. The parks will accept toys purchased in their stores by visitors. Toy donations from outside the parks cannot be accepted for everyone’s health and safety. This process will help best ensure the cleanliness of the gifts while protecting the safety of the zoo staff and recipients of the toys during these uncertain times.

The donations will go to families in all five boroughs; including homeless shelters.

For each qualified toy donation, the donor will receive a coupon for one free limited admission for a visit to the park where the donation was made. (Limit 4 per family, valid for visit 1/1/21 – 6/1/21.*)

Toys can be purchased for donation at gift shops at WCS’s Bronx Zoo, New York Aquarium, Central Park Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo and Queens Zoo.

Visit wcs.org/giveback for more information about how to donate.

Disclaimer: For each donation, you’ll receive 1 free limited admission coupon to the park where you donated (Bronx Zoo, New York Aquarium, Central Park Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo, or Queens Zoo.) Limit 4 per family, valid for visit 1/1/21 – 6/1/21. All WCS decisions final. Promotion available from 11/30/20 - 12/31/20. May not be combined with any other offer.
