April 6, 2023 - Bronx, NY - In its second year of funding, the Zoetis Foundation is providing support for the WCS’s veterinary residentcy program. Dr. Catherine M. Bartholf, is continuing her three-year residency with the goal to receive training and mentorship in zoological medicine and surgery.
The successful program now has three full-time veterinary residents working to ensure the health and welfare of animals in the five WCS wildlife parks in New York City - Bronx Zoo, New York Aquarium, Central Park Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo, Queens Zoo.
